A & R Tree and Landscaping

We were quoted 275.00 for the removal of 6 evergreen shrubs at a rental we own. The person who the company rep talked to was our son, about the job. He was told after the job was done we had up to a week to pay them, to make sure we were happy. I went to look at it the same day as the service was performed. [redacted], the owner called that same afternoon for payment, so I paid but got no receipt or anything to prove they had done the work. Since I paid in cash we have no proof of the work done. The next day when I realized that the roots were still in the grow I called [redacted] about it. She said that there were cars parked in front of the house so they couldn't get their equipment in to grind the stumps and that no one was at the house. My son was at home when they were there and nothing had been said about moving cars the day of the estimate. [redacted] also said that the stump grinding was not included in the estimate. She was not the one who did the estimate and my son said that was included. I had to hire someone else to dig out the stumps and paid them 100.00 dollars. They said they would have done it all for 200.00. I called sherry back to ask that they refund us 100.00 dollars and wanted a receipt. She never responded to my request.
