A R Client Services

I was assigned to this collections agency through by OB office which is ***, MD. I came into a payment agreement with the collections agency and have been making payments since 5/3/2019. I have made a total of 9 payments amounting in the total of $1,250.24. The original balance of the debt was $1,354.41. When getting into contact with the OB financial department they state that they have only recieved a small portion of the debt paid which is $354.41 of what I have paid through A R Client Services LLC. Upon speaking to the financial department at the OB she told me that they are no longer in business with that collections agency due to having problems with them for a couple of months now in terms of them receiving the money their assigned patients have been paying. After speaking to the owner of the business A R Client Services LLC, ***, I explained to him that the OB office needed the updated terms of my remaining balance and what I have paid through them and he asked for my full name then stated he would get right on it and send over my files and payments. According to the office, they have been unable to get into contact with *** and he has not sent over the files or the payments he claimed he would. ***'s agency also tagged on an additional $677.00 fee labeled as "other costs" and I would like to know what those other costs are because it is illegal to charge any other personal business fees that were not agreed upon with A R Client Services LLC and *** upon the initial contract for the collection services.
