If it was possible to rate this company lower, I would. The the project made it through 50 days, when we terminated the contract. After termination, we were left with the fabric being laid and piles of rock and mulch in the backyard. Countless times we were given misinformation or told what we wanted to hear by the owner, Daniel. The complete lack of correlation between what we were told the crews would accomplish and what the crews actually did was maddening. A few quick examples: 1)Twice we were told that crews would be by several time in a single day. Once no one came at all, the other 1 crew came for an hour. 2) We were told that the existing grass would be removed from the backyard and yard fabric would be laid to cover the dirt. What actually happened was the backyard grass wasn't removed at all and the fabric was cut and laid over top, but without pinning it down. This allowed the fabric to blow around in the wind. Rather than pin it correctly after I complained, their solution was to dump piles of mulch and rocks on it to hold it down and only pin the areas still open.
On top of the very slow pace and poor workmanship, after the 30 day point, the owner twice had the nerve to tell me he deserved another $2500 on top of the $5700 contract he bid us.
Hire this company at your own risk.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication. I always felt like I was being told what I wanted to hear and not the truth. Would not hire again.
