This company came out for my landlord to give a quote. But really came to give the landlord a fake reason to blame us for all the mold. He wrote on his report that the mold was cuased by a clothes line I had in my room that drying clothes inside a house causes mold. We used that clothes for a room devider. He never asked what we use it for and theres never been wet clothes on there. Plus there was a leak on the roof a leak under the floor but he didnt say anything about that on the report. Court believed the report now im out my apartment. Might have to seek legal help. Avoid this company the guy james was very rude very defensive from the start. When I proved something wrong to him he wouldnt look at me when he was responding rude he was looking at my wife I woud keep going infront of him like im the one talking to you. Very immature
