A Plus Window Pros

I ordered two rugs from this site in good faith, using my credit card. After about a week, I tried tracking my order. there is no order tracking information on their site. I tried to email the address listed as their "contact us" email, but it came back undeliverable saying there was no such email address. I tried calling the telephone number listed on their site. An answering machine did answer, but had no response to message and when I did a reverse search for the number online,it says this number does not exist. Fortunately, they did NOT charge my credit card and I have since canceled the card.If they are not going to fulfill orders placed for rugs, why are they set up to sell rugs and what are they doing with the credit card information that they receive?
