I had winter coats dry cleanedI dropped them off on 4/15/When I returned to pick the up on 11/4/17, the owner told me he had thrown them out because he needed the spaceNo where in his business is the mass law posted, stating that after days the owner can dispose of the garmentsThe owner told me that he called my number timesI have no record of the calls The assumption that customers are aware of the mass law st drop off is presumptuousIn the time since I dropped off my garments, the owner has changed his drop off payment policy, requiring payment at dropoff, however there is still no notice customers about their day pickup policyUnfair!I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of replacing my coats
