Our company has been in business for several years now and has had hundreds, if not thousands of satisfied customers. Unfortunately, once in a while we may have an occasional unhappy or satisfied customer. When this happens we try to make the customer happy. Mr. *** contacted our company in regards to his older model *** refrigerator that was not getting cold. After troubleshooting his refrigerator for approximately one hour, we found there were two parts that needed to be replaced on his machine. We told Mr. what the broken parts were. At that time, Mr. told our technician thanks for his time and he would purchase the parts himself and install them himself. Our company charged *** only a service call fee of $75.00. That was for our time to troubleshoot his machine. As we have already discussed with ***, we feel that because he purchased the parts from a third party and installed them himself we are not responsible for any costs for the repair he did. When we told him about our position, he began to cuss at us and raise his voice. We asked him to stop cussing at us several times or we were going to discontinue the conversation.
