Our overall experience with A Plus Nannies, Incin Austin, Texas operated by *** ***, was disappointingWe hired Ms*** to find a part-time nanny for our newborn sonAfter months of interviewing Ms***’s nanny applicants, we were in the process of hiring a nanny applicant, who Ms*** strongly recommendedThe nanny applicant quit days before the official start dateThis provided us no notice to find exemplary child care for our sonAs a result, we decided it was best for my husband to quit his job to stay home with our sonMs*** promised to refund us the nanny placement fee since the nanny applicant quit before her start dateAfter several weeks, we followed up regarding the status of our refund only to learn she was not willing to honor her wordInitially, her focus was on the importance of our relationship and building trust but at the conclusion of the process, the focus turned to the money and contract even though we didn’t hire a nannyIt is frightening to find trusting childcare as new parents, and it is unfortunate that the nanny applicant quit on us, but what’s worse is that we were told we’d receive a refund (made a life-altering decision based on that) then that promise wasn’t honoredWe wanted to share our experience, and we do not recommend her services

We hired Ms. [redacted] to find a part-time nanny for our newborn son.
After months of interviewing Ms. [redacted]’s nanny applicants, we were in the process of hiring a nanny applicant, who Ms. [redacted] strongly recommended. The nanny applicant quit days before the official start date. This provided us no notice to find exemplary child care for our son.
As a result, we decided it was best for my husband to quit his job to stay home with our son. Ms. [redacted] promised to refund us the nanny placement fee since the nanny applicant quit before her start date.
After several weeks, we followed up regarding the status of our refund only to learn she was not willing to honor her word.

It is frightening to find trusting childcare as new parents, and it is unfortunate that the nanny applicant quit on us, but what’s worse is that we were told we’d receive a refund (made a life-altering decision based on that) then that promise wasn’t honored.
