travel range is only 5 mile each way. as a favor to her I drove to her condo and did the work. it was 60 miles, 30 each way. when I finally talked to her she made threats about court claims so I told her even though I did what I was paid to do and she was happy when I left just to keep things like this from happening I offered to fix what she said was not working. Called him out to repair my computer as I had lost access to several programs. He came out worked on it for about an hour, he complained of a migraine headache and not feeling well, this is probably why he did not finsh the job. Everything seemed ok until about a month later I tried to access and start a new letter using Microsoft Office. Found that it had not been re-downloaded. Called him to come back out and load it back into my computer. He was to call back to schedule, two weeks went by and no call back. Stopped by his office today when I saw his car there. He said he lost my phone #. Asked me if I had brought the computer with me. I told him I hadn't and that it was not possible for me to dismantle and carry it in to him. (I am disabled and can't crawl around under a desk disconnecting my computer) I informed him that I had called him out to my home to repair the unit and expected him to complete the job I had paid for. He kept insisting it was easy for me to bring it to him, I got irate and told him that I would not be recommending him for any future work and I would pay someone else to complete the job for which he had been paid.
