In April mr*** had his truck towed to my shop with transmission troublesWe took the transmission out and opened it up and found many wore out parts inside the transmissionAlso the shift linkage was wore out and there were only bolts holding the transmission in the truck because he
said he had his friend try to install a junkyard transmission in itI verbally told mr*** of these problems and had him come up to shop so I could show himAfter we rebuilt his transmission and installed it back in truck it was test drove for miles no problems at allHe picked the truck up and days later called me of having problems I instructed him not to touch the transmission but to bring it back to shop were we looked over the truck and seen where bolts we had marked had been messed with with caused his wore out shift linkage that I advised him to repair but he declined to come loseSo we repairs the shift linkage again the best we could for him without replacing the partHe then called me again on 10/that his transmission was having problems I told him to bring it in cause the transmission itself was still under warrenty with all the parts we replaced only and that he would be charged for labor which he knew and agreed to We warrenty the torque converterHe had a pinched transmission line which again he came to shop so I could show himHe was low on funds he stated cause he was disable and could not work so he gave permission again to fix best way we canTruck was finished and test drove everything was fine truck was not leaking nothing he picked it upHe couldn't pay for the labor part was warranted after I told him I would give him 50% off labor he still couldn't pay the amount he gave me 200$ and I let him take the truck! He then contacted me saying truck was leaking transmission fluid from a place that we never had to touch on transmission to repair the problem I still advised him to bring it in I would help him out and fix problem trying to go over and beyond for our customersHe then went under truck and was messing with stuff which fully voids his warrentyWhich I was suppose to do the first time when bolts were removed but I was still being loyal to our customersNever did we touch his oil or anything else with the motor so if it had no oil was because of his own fault we have went over and beyond for him and his truck

I have all my receipts showing that I did NOT pay $bucks, the only person that came to the shop was my mother to make the payment for me, *** NEVER answered his phone when I called several times to see when my vehicle would be ready and when he did answer he told me time and time again that he kept receiving crack parts and he had to re order it, my car was NOT FIX the months *** had my car the same problem I had when I brought the car to him was the same problem I had plus more when I picked it up the same nightwhen I picked up my vehicle I texted *** && I let him know my car was overheating his advice was to keep the heater on until I came back to him, I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH ***’s work not only was I lied to about my vehicle being fix he had two different people talk to me, *** NEVER mentioned a deposit even after I paid the amount in full *** still gave me the run, my request is to only get $back being that my car IS STILL DISABLED*** never once picked up the phone to contact me about my vehicle

I received the Chevy Cruze at my shop customer said she dident have the money to fix the car asked if she could make payments The car sit here at shop for months while she had different ppl come pay 50$ at a time until finally getting the money we fixed the car return it to customer
running and drivingAs before Car would not run at all She said she was very thankful our shop would work with her on payments cause nobody else would she was well taken care of

I am rejecting this response because: because the owner of that shop is not being truthfull trying to cover his own behind I have plwnty of proof just like this time I have all msgs and audio calls recorded on my phone for buisness purposes I haver docmentation that shows he never once told me anything till I picked uo my truck aND HIM IN HIS OWN VOICE Saying he did not tell me because he didnt think I would want to fix the issue that they bent the lind and kinked it pulling that transmision if it was bent before hand one why wass I never informed when you first put the transmison on why was the transmion fluid not burnt I checkedd it before I brought itt in and had other ppl checvk it also why not tell me you out a rubber hose next to a plus degree metal pipe withput a heatssheild if that hose would have busted I could have died I have all pictures I qalreay sent you and I have all textas all the way to april I didnt deletye them because of the problems and you ssaya you test drove my truck wmiles if thats the case vwhy was there still npo gas and samde milage on it as when I dropped it off explain that to me you can not charge someone for labor on wasrnty work ive looked uop the stayyte laws for supposxly being a certified ase mechanic would know that law and you did then tyou try insulting me ythen tell me not to bering my truck back up after you alreafy screwed it up by messing the line up should not ave had any other probelms with my transmision was in becausse you supposde;ly rebuilt it I never once got any call to come loo at anything only what you say was aafter I oaid and had my truck I got proof of that to you say it o n a recording ill see you in court il make sure that ill have all my missed time from my business added @roughly Dy is what I could make on to that as well along with a estimate to have a shop of my choice fix it correctly that your shop was paid to doyour own worker told me that you had to let the guy go that wotked on my truck because of shady work
