A Pet's Place

I recently moved into the Oak Creek area and I was looking for a groomer to take my two cats in to have their nails clipped. I found "A Pet`s Place" in the yellow pages and called to find out about making an appt. My daughter & I drove to the place & when we entered there was no one around to take care of us or greet us. A women ([redacted]) came out of one of the rooms and instead of apoligizing and greeting us by saying hello or asking what we needed done,she came out with an attitude & said you`ll have to wait a few minutes. In return, I greeted her by saying hello to her over 3 times & she still never responded to my greeting and she continued to walk away from us! I asked her if this was how she treated all of her customer`s when they come to have a service done on their animal and she proceeded to raise her voice to me and told me that she was busy at the time. I was appalled by the way she treated my daughter & I.I have worked in customer service for years & I know it does not matter how BUSY you are, you never treat a customer this way. The only time she lowered her voice is when I told her that I was going to report her to the Revdex.com. This I have to say is the WORST case of bad customer service I have ever experienced. I urge everyone that see`s this to never take your family pet to "A Pet`s Place" for any type of service & [redacted] should not be in customer service, she should be ashamed of herself!! I called the buisness to complain and was very dissappointed by their attitude also! Shame,Shame,Shame!!! Never will I step foot back in that place ever again!
