Review: We gave $75.00 for company to estimate problem. A few hours later before they had done the work we asked if we could come and pick up the machine that we had changed our minds. Even though they had not touched the machine or looked at it they refused to give back the money. In Texas, there is a 72 hour law that you have the right to change your mind or return an item and must be given back your money. When I asked what I was paying them for they had no answer, because they had done nothing. I told them I did not want the work done and I wanted my money back. He did not seem phased at all by my threats to report him to the Revdex.com. They had just worked on this machine 4 months ago and only warrantied their work for 3 months.Desired Settlement: $75.00 back and my machine.Thanks,
