A-One Paving Company

March 22,2012 we signed a contract to have some blacktop work done on our driveway. We paid a downpayment on that date, the remainder due upon completion. We paid the remainder after the blacktop was poured (June 5, 2012). When preparing the drive for the blacktop (May 17, 2012) our new concrete apron to the garage was cracked. A verbal agreement was made to have the crack sawcut when the sealer was put on the new blacktop. The blacktop sealer and saw cut are still not done. It is now Nov. 29, 2012. We were told at least three different times they would be out to finish the job, and no one showed, or called, or left a note. We have been unable to get an answer on the phone and they do not return our messages. We were given a date of Oct. 15 to have the job done--Nothing. This is not a costly thing to finish up the job. Just a couple of saw cuts and blacktop sealer. We have had many days when the weather was favorable for finishing the job. We called "Six on Your Side" with no results. We would appreciate getting this job finished. It has been paid for since last June.
