Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details are below.The business owner did not resolve the matter satisfactorily, has not made himself available to review and discuss the matter fully and has generally been very difficult to work withWe have yet to conclude the domain transfer as critical items are still missingThe business owner is completely unresponsive to phone requests and responded to email requests seldom and if he did, with a minimum of detail and explanationsRequests for more detailed support in making the transfer were either entirely ignored or answered with days delayThis is very unfortunate as a long-standing business relationship existed for yearsThe business owner decided to change that relationship by dropping service levels to an unsatisfactory level which prompted the need to move the domainInstead of supporting the domain transfer in a professional manner he became difficult to work with, unresponsive and in that unprofessional in conducting business with a clientAs much as we would like to issue to be closed, it is unfortunately still not the case [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]
