Customer was not charged $20 for the jump, it was $10. She was told that it would be additional fee. Technician did the requested work...
for the lock out of the car, this was additional service. She could have refused at the time and he would not have jump started her car. It is true that we are not in the business to do work for free. Otherwise we would not be in business. We have to charge for services rendered.
