My friend and I had purchased gift certificates each over [redacted] for a day at the spa. When scheduling, we were told they were in the process of closing and that [redacted] would be their last day of business (which is the day we scheduled for). I agreed and said that's fine, I understood. When we arrived on [redacted] there was a sign on the door saying "Due to mob-like aggression from gift certificate holders, and out of fear for the safety of our staff, we will be closing our doors on [redacted] We were never contacted and told this was going to happen and now we are both out over [redacted] each. I would just like a refund for my hassles.
