A & N Auto Care Inc

I I went up to A&N auto care looking to buy a car. I saw an impala that I wanted and when I went to test drive it the gas tank was empty, when I let the salesman [redacted] know he told me, "Well that means you need to hurry back." I drove it for 5 minutes and brought it back. The second day After I purchased the vehicle whenever I'm trying to shift into second gear it does a hard jerk. I took it to a mechanic and was told my transmission is going bad. So I took it back to [redacted] he looked at it and said there was nothing wrong with my transmission, and after telling him several times that it is my transmission he finally admitted that my transmission is bad and I would probably have 6 months until it goes out on me then he would help me to try and fix it. I told him that he sold me a car that he knew had a bad transmission and asked why he couldn't fix it now, and he stated that he's not going to fix it now. I asked him if I could trade my car for another one on his lot and he told me no because it's too much paperwork. I feel like he is doing shady business because he tried to lie to me at first by saying there was nothing wrong with my car.
