Review: I was given horrible customer service by the person who answered the phone I was driving from Ny to DC to pick up [redacted] C[redacted] I asked if his van was still their 5 minutes before they closed he then let [redacted] into the facility to get his vehicle and failed to relay a message for [redacted] to call home we traveled to dc from [redacted] ny for nothing because of this person. we thought [redacted] went missing.... had a missing persons report filed with the 2nd district. so because of this mans service two people lost wages for a wasted trip and put 85 dollars gas traveling with about 50 in food lack of sleep. I would like to see him out of business or pay me some sort of compensation. thank you
