A & M Photography

My 17 year old daughter paid [redacted] of A & M Photography $300.00 for her senior pictures. The session was very unprofessional (no contact from [redacted] until the day of the session, terrible make-up, no place to change for deluxe package purchased, etc). The pictures were taken and final payment made on May 15th, 2013. On May 28th, 2013 [redacted] came over to review pictures and we chose the pictures we wanted. She stated that it would take 7-10 days until we received the pictures. The only thing we didn't choose at that time was the layout for 20 invitations. Those were approved on June 10th, and at that point we still had not received the other photos, in spite of [redacted]'s promises. We have sent messages to [redacted] via email, texts, voice mails, or face book postings on 6/10, 6/11, 6/24, 6/26, 6/29, 6/30, 7/6, 7/16, 7/24, and today 7/25. Most messages are ignored, a few have been answered with lies stating that she did not receive our correspondence, and when she does respond it is to tell us that she will have the pictures on(fill in the blank). My daughter has received nothing for her $300.00 and at this point [redacted] refuses to answer any messages at all. I feel we have no recourse but to file a complaint.
