Out of 11 inquiries sent to various companies to obtain an A/C unit price, A & M was the first of only 2 to reply with pricing. [redacted] responded quickly to all questions posed, arrived on-time for the assessment, and arrived 2 hours early for the installation. Not only did they install the A/C unit, but also fixed a wiring problem on an outlet not related to the A/C...without an additional charge. I believe I got a very reasonable price for the A/C unit & installation. It was a pleasure dealing with [redacted] & his team.
