All work was completed as required per our agreement. Because the downspouts were the main concern when talking to the wife, special attention was given to every downspout. Extra work that was not included like removing and extending downspouts from non-functioning underground system was completed...

at no extra charge. It seemed an inconvenience for the husband to come out and go over extensions.  Husband went over each and every downspout and extension before, during and after the work was completed. He signed off on the completed work and paid. Wife had a problem with the company that installed the original gutter system that has since gone out of business and appears to be taking it out on us. We did everything possible to make sure they received what they were expecting.
