I was having a really difficult time getting financed for a car because I was on disability. I pretty much was on my last leg and trying to find someone who would work with me or can help me get financed to get a car. I decided to give A & M Auto Sales a call and I spoke to a guy named Lee over the phone. From the first time that I spoke with Lee he was professional courteous didn't judge me nor made me feel like I was wrong for having bad credit because of my disability. He was very open and honest he did not make any promises he felt he could not keep and he did ask me to give him some time which I did. After speaking with Lee on and off for about a week every other day he kept keeping in touch with me let me know that he was still working on it. As of today I received the call that he was able to get me financed through a reputable Finance Company. On a personal note I've been trying to get financed for a year-and-a-half and have had 38 credit inquiries on my credit report. I can honestly say I've never met anyone that I have ever had such a great experience especially a used car dealer. The cars that they offer are reasonably priced with low mileage. More companies would be more successful today if they had more people like him who really went above and beyond the Call of Duty that I ever thought he would do to help me and not even know me. I can say this from this day forward, I promise that I would never go to anybody else for my cars used or new and refer anyone to him. Customer provided information to obtain financing , we never tell a customer to * * * himself ! We received a call from a towing company 8/29/stating this customer had ran from the police and that the police wouldn't release vehicle to customer , so we proceeded to pick up the vehicle
to prevent further storage charges related , as the customer was incarcerated facing felony charges for fleeing etcWe simply requested the customer reimburse us for the towing charges and provide a current paystub from his job , he stated he was employed at *** *** for years on his Credit App
