We were hired to provide Limo service on July 11,for ***We also a few weekends before provide Bachelorette service for his wife in the Party Bus so they knew very well what the Party Bus looked like when they agreed to use it after
they knocked out the window in our Cadillac
If *** would have looked over the contract he would know that we went out of our way to keep there wedding memorableThere were at least times we could have terminated the run
Our contract reads:
#Customer herby verifies that the rental date and the anticipated times, number of people and billing information are correctly stated
We could have terminated the run at the church they agreed 10-people max but at the church they jammed in
#Customers shall be liable for all damages to the limousine sustained during the duration
Again on the way to pictures when the window got knocked out we could have terminated the runBut again we didn't want to terminate the run so we asked them if we could run and get the party bus which does have air while they were doing pictures in the parkI can get supporting documents from *** if needed proving the ac does work properly in that bus
#The Limousine Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the Limousine Company inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, delays due to traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of 'The Limousine Company'
Again as stated in the contract we can cancel the run if my limo was actually breaking down or had any damage done to itAnd again we did every thing in our power to make sure they had transportation from start to finish because we did not want to terminate there weddingAfter the wedding we decided to offer them a gift and a thank you for using our serviceWe offered them the difference in the limo price to the bus which was $and we also offered them a limo and dinner theatre package which they refusedI believe we went out of our way with this group to make there wedding right even after times when we could have by the contract terminated the runThis is not the type of business we run and operateSo I hope they can now understand what the contract is they signed and realize we have gone out of our way to make this right
A Limo & Sedan Service has 100% provided transportation to *** and his wife from start to finish even after our contract was broke many times

The limo in which we ordered broke down and the contract was not met on the part of the limo companyIf the replacement limo had A/C it certainly was not working on the day of the weddingWe did not have nearly people on the limo at all, nor did the contract state that we could only have 10-We had the main limo for of the hours, and there is no way that the replacement limo with no A/C was priced at only $an hour lessI still feel that less than half of the contract was met, and therefor half of the money should be refunded
