Redo walkway- cracks occurred. see attached documents.Desired Settlement$ amount to have walkway redone by another contractor at present $ rates. Business Response To Whom It May Concern:In July of 2012, I was contacted by Mr. [redacted] to look at his concrete porch and sidewalk. I told him I can resurface his porch and sidewalk with a special resurfacing cement. I also informed him that the sidewalk might develop a couple of hairline cracks after a period of a few months or after a winter season. That did happen and he contacted me to repair the hairline cracks. Before I repaired the cracks, I informed him that the color of the new cement repair would not match the old color because the older cement was weathered. He said to repair them anyway. About a month later he called to complain that the color didnt match.I reminded him over the phone that he agreed to do the repair even though I told him that the cement would not match and there was nothing more I could do at that point.
