A dress shirt was stained by [redacted]'s Green Cleaning, and no one from the business will return calls or emails to address the issue.

On February 8, 2013, a dress shirt was delivered to our house from [redacted]'s Green Cleaning Delivery Service, and the shirt contained blue stains on the front which occurred while in the possession of [redacted]'s Cleaning Service. On February 12, 2013, I attached a typed note to the shirt stating that I wished to have someone contact me regarding the stain. The shirt and note were picked up from my front porch by the delivery man on February 12, 2013. On February 19, 2013, I called the delivery service phone number on [redacted]'s Green Cleaning website and left a voicemail asking for someone to call regarding the shirt. I received no response from either request for a call. On February 22, 2013, the delivery man finally returned the shirt to my residence, and it still contained the staining, although the stains were lighter. I met the delivery man at my front door and asked if he would please tell the owner to call me to discuss the situation. He assured me that he would and that [redacted] would call. No one called. On February 23, 2013, I left an email on [redacted]'s Green Cleaning Service website requesting a phone call and as of today's date, March 1, 2013, I still have not received a phone call.
