A Fine Touch Detail

Review: I took my car in to be fully detailed. When I picked the vehicle up, everything seemed up to par. The more I looked in my vehicle I started noticing parts of my car that were broken. They replaced the seat clips that they broke, but didn't care to take responsibility for what they had done. The biggest issue was when I took my car into [redacted] for a service. They informed me that multiple parts under my seats were broken, my carpet was coming up because the clips were broken, and that my passenger airbag had been unplugged. They asked me if anyone had taken the seats out and A Fine Touch Detail did to detail my car. That is a huge safety hazard and a liability to not have a working airbag. I promptly called A Fine Touch to inform them and asked to speak to the owner. The manager [redacted] was very rude about it and refused to take responsibility. He said he would have the owner return my call but that has yet to happen. It has been over two months and no one will respond to my concern. After multiple attempts all I get is the run around. This business has been nothing short of horrible. No customer service whatsoever. I want this a matter taken care of.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the work they performed on my car. After multiple broken parts and multiple trips to [redacted] for repairs because of their mistake,a refund seems fair.
