ID [redacted]Hello,The customer was sent a sample of the custom coat of arms on January 25th. The customer responded that they sent us a picture of the coat of arms, but we did not receive it. We have emailed several times asking for the customer to resend the image they would like used and...

we have yet to receive a response. If the customer could resend the image we can send a new sample for their approval. Or if they would like we can cancel and fully refund their order. We just need to know how they would like to proceed.  Thank You,Origin of Names
