I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The Connex Group did not provide the service promised for $15,000 I paid them. THAT is my complaint. (not that they promised a closing ratio, but that the introductions I paid them for did not meet the terms spelled out in the contract.) I entered this complaint IN WRITING to them on October 2015. The only "RESOLUTION" Connex Group OFFERED to remedy my complaint, was paying them ANOTHER $7500 before they would rectify their poor service. My attempt to offer $25/month payment plan was to find an amicable resolution to moving forward; since last Fall they have threatened (verbally) to sue me if I don't pay them, but I don't have money to do so. This is a company that deploys predatory sales tactics, made promises they did not deliver, and now wants to sue me for more money for services that were not provided. If I could hire a lawyer it would be to pursue a refund of the money I paid for breach of contract. [redacted]
