A EZ Money Pawn

This letter is in response to a complaint against NTL AUCTIONS22 also known as..EZMONEYPAWN(pawn shop) 2617 WEST GLENDALE AVE PHOENIX AZ 85051 On Feb. 11, 2013 I purchased a Russian Mosin Nagant 44 from them for $270.55 plus $34.99 for shipping Item number [redacted].They advertised this gun as..."overall condition very good","finish condition very good" they state in there exact words about the barrel..".IT HAS BEEN COUNTER BORED AT THE TIP OF THE BARREL" I was surprised at the true condition of this gun when I received it. The stock was Maybe fair at best, Two major wood repairs on the forend on each side that they convienently didnt show in the pictures nor mention in the advertisement, the wood didnt even match..finish condition very good ?I expected the TIP of the barrel to be counterbored...as they advertised...IT HAS BEEN COUNTER BORED AT THE TIP OF THE BARREL"..there is probably two inches of counterboring in the end! this is not the TIP this is excessive boreing which is probably why they didnt show a picture of this either.Upon disassembly I found rust and pitting on barrel and trigger assembly...FINISH CONDITION: VERY GOOD ?Excessive trigger play...may be broken trigger spring or excessive play beyond the normal Mosin Nagant trigger play? not sure yet on this. This also was not mentioned?I am familiar with Mosin Nagants and there condition and what is normal and what to expect (I own many) I already know about counterboring and trigger play and dont need a lesson on this. It appears they feel no need to correct this? Maybe you feel your not responsible in anyway to correct this with them?I feel accountability needs to be taken on there part.
