a@e concrete has never guaranteed concrete from cracking nor will it ever ! we can't control the earths crust . ground moving  . we put relief cuts were we thought it may crack ,  it has rebar in it ,W fibermesh , post holes to help secure steps and slab from moving when poured , there is also an existing foundation drain pipe running under the steps , that needs to stay open and clear  for water from around foundation to run out ( that was already existing ) , if it fills up w/ water and freezes it could be part of the problem ? these things were all explained to his wife before we poured , forms sat for 24 hrs before pouring for there approval . I have 30 years experience / 20yrs of my own buss. / I have always looked out for the best interests of all my clients ! never a complaint filed .  I had every intension of meeting him , but we became extremely busy , then he started harassing me w/ phone calls , I never said I would make our apt . for sure , and only if I was in the area . I never said I would fix any problems , only that I would help try to prevent anymore  problems , and no , calling the Revdex.com doen't scare me !
