[redacted] and would be happy torespond to the complaint to clear up any confusion and misconception regarding theincident at hand.Firstly, the customer registered for our Online Traffic School available on our website, they self-registered for the course (our website allows customers to register themselvesand enter their payment information themselves to protect their privacy). The customerregistered herself for the online course and provided her credit card information toregister for the course. We would like to make it very clear that we never have nor hadaccess to her credit card information, as all credit card transactions are administeredthrough a third party, Authorize.net. Her credit card was charged the day and time thatshe completed the registration for our Online Traffic School Course. Since she registeredfor the course herself and made the payment herself, this is not an unauthorizedtransaction. Her credit card was charged the same day and time that she registered for ourcourse. As far as the customer's claim that the service was not provided, every customer thatregisters for our Online Course receives an email within ten minutes confirming that theirregistration was successful and that they can now login and complete the course. At thistime, the customer had completed the registration page, submitted their payment and thecourse was available for them to complete. Also, the customer had the opportunity to callour toll-free number to receive help with her registration/course.When the customer originally contacted our office with this matter, they did not clearlyidentify themselves as a customer that had registered for the course. The customer statedthat their credit card was charged having never registered for the Online Traffic SchoolCourse. We tried to clarify several times with them, and they assured us that they neverhad registered or tried to register for online traffic school. After we searched through ourbilling database and student registration, we found the charge and her registration. Thecustomer had registered on May 11, 2015 and the charge for the course registrationappears on May 11th as well. After we clarify this with the customer, she states that shehad registered but that she completed her traffic school with another provider and nowwants to be credited for the course registration. As we explained to the customer, we have DMV regulations that we must follow withcustomer who register to completed Online Traffic School. These DMV regulations statethat course registrations are not to be refunded if any student fails the course or fails tocomplete the Traffic School curriculum. We are understanding of the confusion that this may have caused this customer. However, the claims that they have made that these charges are unauthorized are untrue, the online course was available to the customer to complete. Since they registered for thecourse themselves and entered their payment information themselves, this not anunauthorized transaction. We request the Revdex.com to refrain from publishing this incidentbecause it is not representative of our business or service that is provided to ourcustomers. We also feel that this customer's lack of transparency when communicatingthis matter has created an unjust biased towards how customer service. We have attached the customer's proof of registration and payment that they submittedwhen they registered for the course. As you can see, they are both dated May 11, 2015.Thank you for your attention towards this matter.A Driving Ed Trainers631 S. Brookhurst St. Suite 212AAnaheim, CA 92804

I have proof that the transaction didn't go through till the 13th and I sent that proof to you guys. Again they can't charge for a service that wasn't provided. I never even got a registration email from them. All I got was a message stating my card had been declined. I request a refund because again the service wasnt provided. It is very hard to speak to the anyone else but [redacted]. Since she claims to be the only one there. They can't just take peoples money like that. The class was not provided and I never went back on they're website after I received the "Declined" message.

Review: Hello,I went online and tried to submit to get Online traffic school then it said my card was declined so I went ahead and closed the browser and did nothing else then I seen a charge on my account from the company and contacted the # posted on my online banking when the transaction posted to my account 2 days after trying to sign-up. So I called and asked to get a refund as 1.The service was never provided 2.They charged me 2 days after when I didn't even need the service anymore. So the person on the phone ([redacted]) was very unprofessional and started yelling at me. I was at work and I have witnesses here at work that heard her through my phone. All I'm asking is for my money back. They can't charge people for a service that was never provided plus 2 days after I tried registering and I never went back to the website. I tried emailing them and contacting them but no answer or reply for them. I have also reported this incident to my bank as it was an unauthorized transaction.I hope to hear back from someone.Thank you.Desired Settlement: I am asking for them to refund my money. They have caused me an anxiety attach but I just want my money back.
