To Whom It May Concern: Case #[redacted] I received a message Tuesday afternocm from the client stating his concerns about his pet having Kennel Cough. I made a call to his vet's office that afternoon to check to see if he was up to date on his optional Bordatella vacdne (for Kennel Cough) they...

informed me he was not and had not received the vaccine since [redacted]. I have had no other reported cases of Kennel Cough at my facility. I was also Informed the typical gestation period for symptoms is 7-10 days and this is an airborne virus that can be picked up anywhere another Infected pet has been. Since he started showing signs two days after he was at my foclllty, and he as the responsible party for the pet opted not to get this vaccine, I feel the responsibility is on him. On Wednesday I also contacted all of the other clients who were here that day to let them know they may have been exposed by another dog that was at my facility and there still have been no other reported cases. I am sorry for his inconvenience however sim;e I provide grooming services and his complaint and/or concern is not related t() any of the services I provided I do not feel I am responsible for any compensation.
