This company has to be new... When I researched I found out that it wasnt. the team here is poor and they do not do what they say. They have poor work eithic and do not seem to know what they are doing.. Do not use.

We called the company on 4-30-2013 because we were having a problem with our tv not turning on. The company picked up the tv and took it to the shop and called and gave us a ridiculous quote on the repair fee. We told them we would not be getting the tv repaired at that time and to please return it to our home. It was to be delivered on 5-4-2013 the person came to the door and said that he had mistakenly brought the wrong tv and he would be back with the corecct one. Shortly thereafter we get a phone call from the owner asking if we want to sale the tv for $100.00 we said no. They finally brought the tv back to us on 5-6-2013 with a crack in the screen that was not there when they took the tv. Since that time we have been getting the run around the owner has been avoiding our calls and we have been getting excuse after excuse as to why he hasn't return our calls. I went up to the shop today 5-10-2013 and the owner was not there it was claimed we are tired of getting the run around and would like this matter to be solved.
