A & D Gutter

We installed Rain gutter and down spouts on Mr***,s residence on 2/12/15, about months later he called to advise us of two leaksA service call was set up and upon arriving at the residence it was determined that one leak was caused by the cable TV, water was running along the cable and
dripping onto the patio, the second leak was caused by water dripping off the shingles at the end cap, this was also addressed and fixedWe felt that neither problem was our fault, but repaired them anywayWe did not hear from Mr*** again until Thursday September 24, 2015, at which time an appointment was set for Monday September 28th 2015, upon arrival at Mr***,s home at 3:pmno one answered the door, any further contact was suspended until Mr *** contacted us , which he did notHe instead contacted the Revdex.com, Mr*** was the person who did not keep the appointmentWe will gladly return to look at his situation if he will call us and make an appointment ***

I'm assuming that there was miscommunication regarding an appointmentWe have no record of a specific day and time being agreed on, and our calendar shows that we were home on the afternoon of the 28thWe'll follow up accordingly
