I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I was in a accident and was told my car would be finished by January 8.. My car was turned into them December 23. I thought that ample time to have my car done but I called to say hey when can I pick the car up? They told me there was a delay because the holidays so it wasn't ready. They will call me next week. Never received that call and called them just so they could tell me they needed another week because of a rain delay. Now the 15th on January was the date my car would be done they say.. Not one person had called me until the 18th and said your car is ready to pick up and we close in a hour. The best part of all if they didn't even finish all of the repairs and wanted to keep my car to finish the job when it had already taken a month!They did not contact me once to tell me about the delays and always made excuses why it took so long... When they didn't even do everything! Don't not waste your time here!!

I was involved in a minor traffic accident and took my car to A & D Body Shop in Avondale as my insurance company recommended. When I picked up the car the damage had been repaired quite well but the bumper had been damaged where there had been no damage when I left the car for them to repair. I pointed out the problem, but the repairman refused to correct the damage.The shop maintains that the damage was due to prior repairs, yet they showed me pictures of my car as it appeared when I brought it in. It is clear that there was no damage where it appeared when I picked it up. My insurance company (State Farm) refuses to get involved, I assume because they would lose a shop that does low cost (and inferior) work for them. Can you help me to get the shop to either correct their botched job or compensate me for their damage to my vehicle. Please contact me if you need additional information.
