A Cut Above

Paid to have my windows tinted by this company and the workmanship and service is completely unacceptable. After the tint was initially put on the truck there were a few issues that I went back to have them fix. They proceeded to inform me that I was being to picky and that it was after market tint and would have imperfections. The issues I complained about were due to cutting and placement errors and not tint errors. They reluctantly agreed to fix the issues. When I went to pick up the truck they walked we out and showed me the vehicle and it looked done so I accepted the service. When I left and was placing my child's car seat back inside the vehicle I noticed that they used permanent marker to try to fix the issue instead of replacing the tint. I went back to confront the store owner and they proceeded to try to threaten and intimidate me by calling my commander for causing problems. I agreed and then they changed their tune and wanted to oblige by properly fixing the issue. After picking up my vehicle for the 4th time they still tried to fix a issue that they caused by using a razor blade to cut the tint with permanent marker. This is unacceptable behavior and they should not be able to perform services for military members any further. I have also filed a complaint with the *** command about this issue.
