A Cut Above Tree Service

Hired company to remove 6 trees (large and medium-sized)...work took 3 days, and was completed May 9. The price, quality of work and post-removal debris cleanup was great!!! It did take longer than desired to get work started (the owner was not clear nor communicated well about when work should & would be started or done) this was very frustrating but not an ultimate "deal breaker" for us. The company just showed up to start work (without prior notice). Also, unfortunately, our privacy fence was partially broken by the workers while trying to remove a section to gain yard entry. The company has assured us that they will replace/repair the messed up fence wood. This hasn't been done as of yet but hopefully the company will keep their promise to fix this problem, in a timely manner (I'll follow up with a review on that part later). Aside from a split fence, overall, the workers did a good job and they were hard-working, friendly and very professional with us good team they have! We would maybe consider rehiring this company for future projects; if so, hopefully next go 'round will be "smoother".
