A Cut Above Lawn & Landscaping

Originally, during the first week of April, 2013 this worker entered into a verbal agreement, and was paid to do extensive shrub trimming, trim a few trees, and some other yard work. After pulling a fast one on that agreement by doing only minimal shrub trimming, and not performing other tasks agreed to i.e. removing the scrub shrub at the NE corner of the property, and pompas grass on the NW corner of the property, etc. you agreed to cut the pompas grass down to 1 ft., and to remove the scrub growth in the second picture so that it would not grow back (these were tasks agreed to in the original agreement to which my Mother is a witness.) It has been several weeks, and previous e-mails Ive sent inquiring about the status of the work have gone unresponded to; now I know why. You now have seven (07) days or until the close of business on 06/13/13 to complete the work as agreed, and to provide me pictures documenting the same. If this is not done, I will be forced to take further action.
