Roto-Rooter was contacted by [redacted] on the job at [redacted]. The formen on the job informed us he would be getting all necessary permits and and documents for the requested work. Roto-Rooter told the foreman that after he picks...
up the necessary permits we would stamp and sign the documents as required. [redacted] foreman said it was emergency and to go forward and install the heater right away and he would file the permits. Roto-Rooter also received several phone calls from [redacted] requesting the work be performed immediately. Roto-Rooter specifically asked the forman of [redacted] what heater he wanted installed, and the request was to install a 40 gallon natural gas power vent water heater. Unfortunately [redacted] foreman on site made multiple mistakes throughout the entire job including the other work Roto-Rooter performed at this residence. Roto-Rooter was generous enough to give a 15% discount on the total dollar amount of invoice [redacted] even after it was determined that [redacted] foreman made a mistake in the water heater he requested.
