Revdex.com spoke to Laurie at business and the following was relayed: The issue has been resolved. The stone was permanently set yesterday. The foundation had been ordered, it took the cemetery until last week to complete the cement pad the stone is set upon.

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Although that it is true the stone is permanently set in place as of yesterday, A Cozzi monuments was paid in full for my mother's monument on May 20th, this included payment for the concrete base. They never paid the person to set the base for the monument until July 20th which resulted in the failure of not being able to place the stone until yesterday. I am grateful that the stone is finally in place and I no longer have to fight with anyone over my mother's final resting place, however no one should have to follow in my footsteps either.
