Took 6 of my husband's dress shirts here. They came back with puncture holes in the collar in the same location. I took the shirts with the Dry Clean Super Center tickets on them back and spoke to the owner. He accused me of getting the holes at another dry cleaner and then bringing them in to this one and accusing the wrong cleaner. He said he didn't recognize my name and that I wasn't a regular customer - which I have been a customer for 5+ years. He completely denied the problem and said that his machine would never have a problem like that. He told me that he could afford to lose my business since he cleans 500+ shirts/day.
