My son was going to this daycare from Nov 2018 through July 2019. I had to use this place to be able to work a 12 hour job. Kids were always running between rooms, jumping off tables, sleeping on nasty floors. Roaches seen daily on floors and around sinks.No vacuum to clean carpets, only a broom. No alarm code to get in the door....you just walk in. They even had a toddler walk out of there and wasn't even noticed. Was on news!! I quit job and quickly got son out of there.Fast forward to this week 2/2/2020, I'm doing my taxes and go to speak with Christine about getting the EIN number and amount paid in. Christine outright REFUSED to give me the information needed to do my taxes. She said I didn't need the info because I didn't pay full price out of pocket since I got help from *** with paying!!! It is against the law to refuse to give this info out!!! I'm furious and now wondering how to get the information needed.

Other (requires explanation) I do not want the business to contact me over the phone because of probable backlash. I would like the information that I needed to do my taxes mailed to me ASAP.
WE don't have a response for the beginning of Ms. complaint, because she's no longer with us. I don't have no ideal what she's talking about. However I am sending out the small amount that she paid after her payments were made by the *** program. I sent the amount and the EIN# to her on 02/13/2020.
