Chambers and associates have been recently contacting me threatening to take legal action for a debt that they state stems from a Chase account. My husband and myslef looked at our credit bureaus and cannot locate an account that this would pertain to. They have continued to harass and threaten me in regards to this to include contacting family members leaving the last four digits of my social security number. When we spoke to the representative and asked for a statement in regards to proving the debt they stated that they have sent this information several times. we live in a small town where it would be impossible for us to not recieve correspondence so they have not sent this information. I have not recieved any proof to validate this debt. I recieved one letter from them stating that I owe 4929.69 but nothing to show where this debt is coming from. They have on numerous occassions stated that I will forfeit my rights if I do not contact them back, when I did contact them back they were highly aggressive and would not answer any questions nor send any of the information that I requested.
