I called for a ride to a location and the dispatcher told me that it would be 25 minutes, I stated that I needed to be at the location by 5pm and the dispatcher stated that they could not get me there by 5pm... I told him ok. Then I found a ride to the location I needed, so I cxalled the dispatcher back and cancel the ride with in 5 minutes. Then later about 30 minutes later I called for another ride and the dispatcher hung up on me. My husband then called from our home phone for me and the dispatcher hung up on him. Then my husband called from a friends phone and the dispatcher answer and my husband gave him the information. My husband called me on the home phone while on the friends cell. The dispatcher, [redacted], used profanity and told us that he was not sending a taxi, because I F*ed his driver by canceling. And he proceeded to tell us to never call them for a ride again. Later that evening, I spoke with [redacted] the owner to voice my complaint and he told me that if I didnt or couldnt get along with the dispatcher, then go to another cab company.
