Called *** over 10 times since January and he never returned my call

The fan of the 3 tons unit started sometimes and ran from 7 hours to 2 days. was not able to find the source.
the 6 tons unit upstairs worked fine in AC but not in heating mode . It take 75 to 90 minutes to increase the temperature by 1F.
One thermostat upstairs is not located correctly. When I asked *** to move it he told me I approved it.
I was charged for 4 zones but he installed only 3 zones and 1 zone upstairs was not installed correctly (it should be the master bedroom and they used it for half the first floor.
They forgot one return and when I show them they installed it but they charged me
I cannot not checked the insulation of the ducts in the attic but I think it is not correct

I do not understand why *** never tested the unit before shipping it
