Review: I have been harrassed and threatened by this company twice within one year. The two incidents were 7 months apart. On August 10,2012 a man told me he was at my house and he insisted I owed this debt to [redacted] over 7 years ago. I told him I honestly do not remember having such a loan. I asked him to send me the information and he said he could not do that.(Company has unethical collection practices) So I consulted a debt collector and he told me if it were of serious nature you would get something offical in the mail. I never herd from this company again until today March 29,2013.

I was left a threatening message on my voicemail, my brother responded to voicemail clearly stating his name and he was told my personal information.I called myself and I told them what they did was inappropriate. No more than five minutes I was notified from my ex father in law,the same person left a message stating they had a bench warrant out for my arrest(disclosing my information to others). Then at 9:02pm they called my phone and I promptly stated it is after 9:00 pm and they hung up on me. I am AGAIN notified they have called my ex sister in law and left a message stating that I wrote a bounced check. I am being harassed and I suffer from anxiety attacks especially when I have someone telling me they are coming to my residence and place of employment. I have children and I am scared for my family's safety.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop contacting me and I feel now that my identity has been compromised, they should be held liable. They are stating this is from 2002 I dont know why I am being contacted now after all these years had past. I have been threatened and harassed. My reputation tarnished as well. Something has to be done!!!

The reps have on multiple occasions been rude and hung up on me when I have described my issues. I have spoke to multiple managers in order to get my name off the list as well. I have not been treated well by them either. They either have been polite but failed to remove my name or rude and failed to remove my name.Desired Settlement: Stop the harrassing phone calls. I should not have to prove to you that I am not your debtor. Leave me alone.
