Review: I had contacted them to provide tents at our wedding reception. I called them numberous times to come out to the location to see what was needed and to look at their catalog as to what would be set up. I had to send a check for a deposit and never recieved a reciept (which I requested numerous times) and was not provided a contract as requested. They came up with every excuse as to why they could not come for the multiple appointments set....I even had to call when I had been waiting around and still no show. I cancelled their services over a month in advance because I was not sure that they would even show up for the reception. They said they would return my money and I just spoke with them again today September 12, 2012 and [redacted] the owner said he was not returning my money as it was non refundable! Never once did he ever say this to me befoe I mailed him a check for $100 Dollars. This company is a fraud and should not be doing business with customers without providing contracts and reciepts!Desired Settlement: I expect that my $100 dollars should be returned!

Mr. [redacted] from the company called to say that his wife put their

response in the mail 3 or 4 days after it was initially received. He

said he will resend to my email since we didn't get it. He said their

was no written agreement, they are a small business, order placed,

deposit paid over phone and consumer was advised it was non-refundable.

He said they lost out on work because this consumer's wedding was large

enough that it would have taken up all of their tables and chairs so

they had nothing else scheduled to focus on this wedding.
