To Whom It May Concern:I am responding to the complaint filed on 1/28/2016. This individual has been a customer of AC Hand Car Wash for several years and is aware that we are a hand car wash. The only products we use are a steamer, regular cloth towers, and all cloth hand washing materials. We do...
not use any squeezes on windows or any substances/materials that will smear/scratch windows. In fact, on the day of the complaint, the customer left the wash and returned at a later time to complain about smears on window. In my opinion, those smears had been caused earlier by a snow scraper. Please note: It had snowed earlier in the week.
