A Brief Counseling Center

I went to Dr [redacted] for counseling in October of 2011. His website advertises as a counselor and does not include prices for his session. I went for my first session and prices were never discussed until the end of that first session. I paid him cash. Now I get a bill 6 months later for another session that I never had. We had set a date for another session but I cancelled it by email. Also, he is now trying to charge me for another misc. charge that was never discussed at all. It seems to me these prices need to be disclosed prior to any services rendered.
