They advertise one thing and send another! SCAM
1/16/18 Telephone response obtained from company as follows:
The company stated he does believe he remembers this consumer and states she thinks she ordered 20 lbs--- she did not. The company requested that consumer provide invoice # to confirm order.
I find it interesting that this stupid person says they ordered 20lb bags and then sends a picture and listing of 3lb bags which is exactly what she ordered and exactly what she received. This is rididulous
2/2/18 Telephone response obtained from the consumer as follows:
The consumer stated yes the small picture on the product listing does say 3 pounds but the written description says 20 pounds and she did not look at the small written details on a photo, she looked at the product's written description and it said 20 pounds.
The consumer stated she would like what the ad said, 20 pounds of cat food-she only received 6.
The Description she references did not say 20 lbs. Just like all of her complaints. they are nonsense
